Privacy Policy

Who we are

Zestmate Digital is a digital consultancy based in Bangkok, Thailand, operating this website at zestmatedigital.com. For anything in this policy, write topongsiri.tri@gmail.com. This policy is written to align with Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA); where clients bring obligations under other regimes such as PIPL or GDPR, those are handled per engagement.

What we collect, and only when you give it

This site collects personal data in exactly one situation: you type it into a form and press send. There are three of those:

• Contact and call-booking forms: your name, work email, company, market direction, what you need, and your message.
• Funnel-leak calculator: the calculator itself runs entirely in your browser and sends nothing. If you choose to request the fix list, your email plus the four numbers you entered are sent to us.
• Subscribe box: your email address.

We do not collect anything else. No account system, no payment data, and browsing this site never requires personal data.

Cookies and tracking

As of the date above, this site sets no analytics or tracking cookies. There is no ad pixel and no analytics script. If we add a measurement tool later, this policy will be updated first and the change will be visible on this page.

Where your data goes

• FormSubmit (formsubmit.co) relays form submissions to our email inbox. Your submission passes through their service to reach us.
• Cloudflare serves this website and, like any host, processes technical request logs (such as IP addresses) to deliver and protect the site.
• Our email inbox is where your message ends up and where we reply from.

We do not sell personal data, share it with advertisers, or use form submissions to train any AI model. How we do use AI is documented openly onHow we use AI.

Why we process it

One reason: you asked us something, and answering requires reading what you sent and writing back. If you subscribed, we send the monthly note you subscribed to, and every one of those emails includes a way to stop them.

How long we keep it

Enquiry emails are kept while the conversation, or the working relationship it turns into, stays live, and are deleted when they no longer serve a purpose. Subscriber emails are kept until you unsubscribe. We keep what tax or legal obligations require us to keep, and no longer.

Your rights

Under the PDPA you can ask us, at any time, to show you the personal data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it. One email topongsiri.tri@gmail.com does it; no form, no fee. You can also complain to Thailand's Personal Data Protection Committee if you believe we have handled your data badly.

Changes

If our data practices change, this page changes first, with a new date at the top.
